Al llegar avisamos que saldríamos al otro día muy temprano y sin problema, obvio teníamos reservación, y al otro día al salir temprano estaba otra señorita en recepción, nos dijo que había que bajar el auto al sótano, aún cuando dijimos que nos urgía salir, obviamente si nos lo hubieran dicho desde la tarde noche que llegamos sin problema, pero ya de salida y con la urgencia, creo que se deben coordinar para que esto no suceda, gracias.
