Pleasant and helpful staff.
Pros:

The self serviced laundry facilities. We can view the availability of the washers and dryers from tv in our room.

Disappointing
Cons:

The decoration and color makes the room look cheap and depressing. The standard room is smaller relative to other hotels.

A good hotel next to Fudan MBA school !
Pros:

The service was great, the staff helped even if all of them did not know English.

Cons:

The pool and Gym were closed and ideally I should have been told before, everything else was good.

Satisfied!!
Pros:

The hotel is convenient in location for Fudan university. There are many restaurants and cafe nearby. Many department stores is in wailing distance. Most important, I think it safe.

Cons:

Staff cannot speak English but they really tried to help. No wifi can be used.

receptions are all very warm helpfull., especially Amy. she can catch my needs quickly. give her 5 stars.
the cleanist ladies also very quick deliver towels.
