Loved our visit here. Staff was so pleasant. Room was lovely with views over the city. Way walking from downtown. And the food was amazing.
Hotel was absolutely beautiful, in a gorgeous setting and fabulous location with a lovely walk into town and down to the beautiful sites. The food was amazing and the bedroom very comfortable. We were upgraded so we had a gorgeous large bedroom.
Sittings before meals works a little strangely as you all wait in a beautiful lounge where the seating can get a little awkward when you don't know the people sitting on the couch in front of you or next to you but its all gorgeous nonetheless.
Beautiful and comfortable Hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Great stay will be back next week.
The only thing we would prefer is a free standing shower, however would not put us off staying again.
Breakfast was perfect served by lovely staff no

Breakfast was excellent
All the property was very comfortable
Nothing.
Lovely traditional hotel in beautiful Pitlochry. Great views and very convenient for the town itself but perhaps the main attraction of Knockendarroch is the food, both breakfast and dinner. We and our friends (who had never been to Scotland before) hugely enjoyed our stay
Nothing really
Beautiful and exclusive, breakfast lovely and staff superb and accommodating.
Very quiet, no background music lacking atmosphere slightly beautiful views from the bedroom. The shower was a hardship.
Stay was excellent great food and friendly staff

The hotel is a beautiful building with tasteful furniture & decor, set up a road away away from the town centre but only a few minutes walk. There were bookshelves everywhere, including our room, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was good quality & served to the table not buffet style. Our room & bed were comfortable & relaxing. They provide a stuffed owl to place outside your door if you don't want disturbed which was cute.
The only option for dinner was a set menu of 4/5 courses, which was too much food for us so we went onto town to eat. If there were more options we would have liked to have eaten at the hotel. I don't think they have a bar (we didn't see one) but there were tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Fab. Really good.
It was all good
Having stayed here before, we knew the hotel and liked it. It’s comfortable and traditional. The staff were all lovely and friendly and looked after us well. The food was of a reasonable standard with a set menu, a little limited in choice. The chocolate fondant dessert was a triumph on my tastebuds. Our room was comfortable, if in the eaves.
We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and we’re both in our senior years. I let the hotel know ahead of booking and yet we found ourselves at the top of the building, three floors up. We managed the stairs but they may have considered this when allocating our room. I’m unsure but think the ownership may have changed hands in recent years and it’s perhaps lost its personal touch. They have an open fire which was lovely on a wet chilly evening but only lit on the Saturday night, not the Sunday, which is a pity. The Christmas decor was very pared back. It lacked a bit of atmosphere.
The hotel is very comfortable & charming. We stayed in the lovely garden room & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was very good & thr staff were very helpful
