The second shift Staff
The rest of the staff .....due to my employerthe skipping town with on the day that myself and two others were to be paid for the week. I was unable to stay in the room (understandable) my luggage was placed in a room upstairs where it would be under lock and key.
Upon my return four days later, when I was allowed to enter the room the first I noticed was my large travel suitcase was gone. Ironically. It contained eight pair of shoes mostly NIKE, one pair of size ten Jordans that were never worn....lots of tennis shoes. By far that particular suitcase contained the most valuable items In my possession. So they were very selective in what was taken. I sought out one of the regulars (housekeeping) she was adamant that she not only remember the Rojas suitcase...she even said it was there this morning. Ms.Belinda I think is her name I think she is the head of "housekeeping" given her attitude she maybe the owner. Nobody remembers anything. In fact, I was told by another staff member that, it had been suggested that I had A: I was making the entire incident up B: I had somehow retrieved the luggage myself.
After speaking to the manager, I felt the need to mention the situation above I apologized and assured him that I wouldn't be pursuing legal action. Because it was my fault to begin with that my personal property was there to begin with. So I was "Chalking It Up" looking back had I known about the coverup being perpetrated. It would be a very different story. I tried to return because of the properties location. After my stay concluded I was informed that a comforter had been burned as well as a sheet costing me 182.00 " as of today my luggage is being held in lieu of payment. Which has left me with the clothes on my back trying to work and make a living essentially homeless. That's where it stands today. Atter much consideration I think I am going to seek counsel
And just let the gloves fly.
Nothing
They played cat and mouse so they wouldn't have to cancel my reservation which is fine because I will be sure to pass it on to all my influencer friends and we
Will light ip the internet. No one flying into Louisville will stay in this dump.
It was a great night and I even saw police officer going through the parking lot and it made me feel safe
Everything about the place was nice
Did not receive breakfast?

The view and how comfortable the bed was!

Location was good
Several roaches and nats were in the room, the bedding was stained, one lamp in the room had no bulbs in it may not have worked at all.
Nice beds and pillows.
Noisy guests next door
Nothing
Staff was rude nasty unhelpful and used foul language in front of customers
From the moment I arrived I knew I had made a mistake booking a room at this property. The parking lot was filthy and the property itself had clearly seen better days. Despite making efforts to make the rooms comfortable, the property was still showing its age. The door was not properly fitted to its frame and I did not feel safe in any capacity. I’m currently in the middle of a move and had a lot of stuff in my car; this fact quickly became apparent to others staying at the hotel and they began staring at me and my vehicle. I knew that if I stayed at this location, neither myself nor my property would be safe and therefore I decided to leave after less than half an hour being there
