Location is extremely convenient and the hotel is well maintained.
The Godzilla statue was not available for photography at the time. It seems to be due to some security concerns. However, I do not believe seeing the notice before booking the place.
Great central location and short walk to Shinjuku train station.
Unfortunately the Godzilla tower was closed.
The bed and the pillows were very hard; we discovered too late that you can request different pillows, so be sure to do this if you need cosier ones!
Location was good and easy to locate Godzilla from a distance. Convenience stores right below made for easy breakfast and snacks.
Room was tiny and so too was bed, could barely have two people and 2 suitcases fit comfortably.
The location of the hotel was very good, with many places to eat and view within close walking distance.
Nothing really comes to mind.
Great location with helpful staff and clean room with a great bathroom
The room was very small and just a bit too small for 2 people with lots of luggage. There were few places to store belongings so although comfortable was just a bit too cramped for us.
La instalaciones
The hotel is huge and therefore very busy. The check in process was straightforward. I paid for the Godzilla level and the rooms were larger and we had a spectacular view. I like the internal onsen in the bathroom. That was cute.
I actually thought when I booked the Godzilla level that I would be able to see Godzilla, which I couldn't so I was pretty disappointed about that. Also, you can't go out and see Godzilla on the platform so you actually can never get a good view of it at all.
Very convenient
Not able to see the Godzilla , under maintenance.
The location was very good, it was close to the metro station 8-10 min walk and had entrances from several different streets with many convenience stores and restaurants around. It was also very close to a big shopping radius in Shinjuku with a lot of different options. Check in/out was fast.
The cleaning method was so confusing, during several days we let simple things to be thrown away as trash such as plastic bags or cardboard/papers from what we purchased during the day and when we arrived the room was somehow cleaned but the trash was all there. One day we even let a note saying “this is trash please discard” and they discard the paper but not the trash (!). I found it highly frustrating.
