Good Location, friendly service, well appointed rooms
Pros:

Great central location, good parking, well-appointed and large room and bathrooms with good facilities. Gym pool sauna all looked great, but we didn't have time to use them. Breakfast was ordinary, otherwise great stay.

Multiple issues during the stay
Pros:

All 4 pillows in the room had an odour on arrival, with no spare pillows in the room to swap them out. Housekeeping then told us there were no spare pillows in the entire hotel, and had to switch our pillows to memory foam ones. We also had the Do Not Disturb light at the door for when the baby was asleep, but that didn't prevent Housekeeping from knocking on the door multiple times nor ringing the in-room phone multiple times, thus waking the baby up on numerous occasions. The automatic tap in the bathroom also had a faulty sensor. Overall, below expectations. Stay somewhere else if you can.

Great location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Fabulous location in the city with easy access to Southbank and plenty of dining options within short distance.
The bed was super comfortable and the room very clean.
Definitely recommend for a city stay.

Flew in from Sydney as I had a client shoot, I was looking for reviews of hotels who had good wi-fi (wifi), this place didnt disappoint ! I shot loads of content and had to upload to google drive and the internet was no worries at all. Anytime I fly to Brisbane for business Ill be booking in at the Capri.

Other positives - bed was nice and big, desk was nice, super accessible location close to lots of things, friendly staff, was able to leave our luggage their before checking in and after checking out as well. 10/10 experience

Nice hotel in the centre of city
Pros:

Nice hotel in the centre of city. Close to Queen street mall, Botanical gardens and Brisbane River. Super central. Room was clean and tidy, a little on the small size, but had everything we needed for a night stay int he city.
