Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo miła obsługa. Bez problemów można zostawić bagaże. Apartament trochę ciasny ale na city break idealny - blisko przystanki, metro, sklepy itd.

Cons:

Brak sztućców, talerzy itd, myślę, że warto by było o to zadbać :) Plus fotele do spania nie były wygodne.

Hotel avec tout le confort nécessaire et une propreté irréprochable. Cigdem a été une hôte extrêmement bienveillante, elle m'a trouvé 2 nuits de plus au pied levé. Je recommande cet endroit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre est spacieuse et parfaitement propre, et le lit est extrêmement confortable. Nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit de la route, ce qui a rendu nos nuits très agréables et reposantes.
L’accueil d’Hanzla a été remarquable : une personne très polie, souriante et attentive. La réception est ouverte 24h/24, ce qui est très appréciable et rassurant.
L’établissement est idéalement situé, pratique pour visiter Londres et facilement accessible depuis l’aéroport. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Excellent, clean and well managed place by Cigdem, perfect place to spend the night!
Pros:

Really really good place to stay. We always get a warm welcome by Cigdem, our favourite receptionist, followed by a clean, warm and cozy room. Access to internet, TV, hot water, clean towels, everything you could possibly need to have a good experience at a good hotel. Oh, and alot of attractions and shops near the hotel. Overall… excellent and at a very affordable price really!

What’s it not to like?? honestly, you have everything you need here!

Charming and good value hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff and an excellent location - 10 min walk to Whitechapel station which is the direct ELIZABETH LINE to Heathrow airport. 15 -20min walk to Brick Lane/Shoreditch. Would happily stay at this clean and lovely hotel again.🌷

Cidgem the receptionist was a wonderful lady i had asked for an upgrade on arrival but she had already gave me a free upgrade before arrival Very well spoke and professional staff
