Delightful hotel, we very much enjoyed our brief stay. Very well appointed room and comfortable bed, staff very helpful and a great location. We did not eat in the hotel but enjoyed the pool area.

Très confortable. Nous étions au 13ème étage et c'était très calme. Beaucoup de rangements, de la place dans toutes les pièces et une très grande salle de bain.
L'accueil a été parfait, vous pouvez discuter avec les concierges, ils sont très sympas et de très bons conseils.

Very clean with comfortable beds and a nice pool area. Restaurant served a good selection of western and Thai cuisine. Staff were super lovely! Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful with booking taxis and providing information on the area.
You will need to get grab or taxis to certain popular locations but that isn’t really a criticism as there’s plenty to do also in and around the hotel.

All in all a very nice stay. Very comfortable bed. Nice pool. Very friendly staff.
Everything was fine. Only one thing that we had a room on the sun rise side and the curtain did not fully block the light out. As I am not a good sleeper I woke up very early every day.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung (Bademantel, Pflegeprodukte falls man etwas vergessen hat, Haussschuhe), der Pool ist traumhaft, die Liegen dort sind sehr bequem, der Fitnessraum ist sehr gut ausgestattet, top. Und das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend. Wirklich 10/10
Uns haben die Betten und die Polster leider nicht zugesagt. Sie waren uns etwas zu weich aber das ist individuell. Ein Smart TV wäre für uns noch ein Plus Punkt gewesen (Netflix, Amazon Prime).
Und leider gar nicht hat uns die Klima Anlage gefallen weil sie leider viel zu laut war. Wir konnten bei der Lautstärke nicht schlafen und mussten sie abschalten. Leider hat man auch alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer gehört (Niesen,husten)

Everything !! Particular mention to Bell, a server in Otto restaurant. She was absolutely fantastic in everything she did. We were also upgraded free of charge as a returning customer.
