Byli jsme tu uz nekolikrata vzdy super, personal, pokoje. Ale tentokrat byla kuchyne famozni vsechna jidla luxusni. Dekujeme a snad prijedem zase.

Nem minden recepciós beszélt angolul, ami elvárható lenne egy hotelben. Ez időnként megnehezítette az ügyintézést.

„Miał to być miły przystanek w drodze do domu, a skończyło się niesmakiem”

Stosunkowo spokojna lokalizacja, parking przy budynku

Cons:

Niestety pobyt w tym hotelu nie należał do udanych. Pokój okazał się brudny – w kątach znajdowały się resztki jedzenia, na szafie leżały papierki po cukierkach, a na meblach i podłodze zalegała gruba warstwa kurzu. Dodatkowo kilka elementów wyposażenia było uszkodzonych, co pogarszało ogólne wrażenie.

Plac zabaw, który widniał w opisie obiektu, był odgrodzony i nieczynny, więc nie było możliwości skorzystania z tej atrakcji.

Śniadanie praktycznie nie oferowało opcji wegańskich.

Dodatkowo pojawił się problem z obsługą – pani na recepcji domagała się ponownej zapłaty, mimo że należność została już uregulowana przez Booking. Cała sytuacja została przedstawiona w dość nieprzyjazny sposób, co zdecydowanie pogorszyło komfort pobytu.

Całościowo hotel nie spełnił oczekiwań ani pod względem czystości, ani obsługi, ani udogodnień. Na zdjęciach pokoje wyglądają lepiej niż w rzeczywistości a położenie nie jest aż tak atrakcyjne jak w opisie.

- treba sa informovat ci su tam v case vasho pobytu nejake spol. akcie, nakolko je mozne ze sa vam budu nahanat pod oknami detiska a vrestat este o 22:30…tak isto chodia ludia fajcit rovno pod okna
