Pros:

A cama era extremamente confortável e o secador funcional. A localização é ótima, acessível aos locais principais, próxima de restaurantes e pontos turísticos (Coco Bongo, Playa do Caracol). Além de possuir muito comércio e lojas de conveniência ao redor.
Os funcionários (recepcionista Alandra e gerente Jonathan) extremamente educados e pacientes, além de resolutivo qdo relatamos problemas com o chuveiro que não esquentava do nosso quarto. O Gerente Jonathan autorizou prontamente que mudássemos para uma acomodação que contemplasse a nossa queixa, ou seja, um chuveiro com água quente. E como cortesia fez um upgrade na suíte.

Cons:

Dentre as principais falhas é o chuveiro que não esquenta, a água é fria! Ao informarmos a recepção, eles orientam a deixar a torneira aberta por 20 a 30 minutos que costuma esquentar. Mas isso não ocorre. Acredito que seja um problema de rede, pois outros hóspedes relataram a mesma queixa.
Além disso, o quarto não apresentava box, nem
Cortina, o que favorecia acúmulo de água no banheiro
após o banho. Mesmo na suíte deluxe (alto padrão) que fomos reacomodados devido à falha no chuveiro, não há box no local.
O café da manhã é padrão, diariamente é oferecido, ovos mexidos, uma salada e duas fatias de pão, junto a um café com leite ou mocacino. Não há variedades, além de ocorrer demora no preparo, pois qdo há muitos hóspedes no local, os dois funcionários não dão conta dos pedidos. Então, quem tiver passeios ou horário a ser cumprido, chegue com antecendência para solicitar o seu café da manhã, pois caso contrário terá atrasos no compromisso.
A rede Wi-Fi é muito oscilante. O serviço de quarto geralmente recolhe as toalhas e esquece de repor, na maioria dos dias tivemos que ir até a recepção solicitarmos toalhas.
O hotel funciona em um shopping desativado, mas atende em critérios de acomodação. Como não há janelas, às vezes o ar condicionado costuma dar defeito e o reparo somente na manhã seguinte.

La struttura sembrava datata, vecchia, quasi abbandonata, un edificio enorme che pareva d’altri tempi. Scale mobili non funzionanti, fontane non funzionanti. Le lenzuola erano sporche e per un’intera giornata siamo stati senza acqua calda.
