Mir gefiel die Hilfsbereitschaft der Dame an der Rezeption. Sie schlug uns eine optimale Option vor, mit der wir unseren Aufenthalt besser genießen konnten.

Cons:

Ich bin zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Dieses Mal waren wir mit dem Zimmer nicht zufrieden. Es war ungepflegt und musste renoviert werden. Es war für eine Familie mit einem kleinen Kind nicht geeignet, da es direkt vor dem Aufzug lag.

Freundliches Personal und Frühstück ist auch gut gewesen.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, TV funktionierte nicht richtig . Lampe am Schreibtisch ist abgefallen. Also es dürfte wohl mal renoviert werden.

Die extra Bettwäsche kopf kissen.

Cons:

Empfang in tv ist oft sehr schlecht. Kein frühstück in preis mit drinnen oder ein ein gratis frühstücken weil man oft ein zimmer bucht.

Im Bad ist der Schimmel unterwegs. Im Bett waren lange schwarze Haare. Ich habe kurze blonde Haare.

Ruhiges und sauberes Hotel.
Pros:

Auf Nachfrage von mir ob man mir einen Preisnachlass gewährt bezgl. der Probleme mit dem Fernseher wurde mir ein Frühstück angeboten. Ich sage hierzu, besser als nix.

Cons:

Der Fernseher hatte für meine 5. gebuchten Tage sehr schlechten Empfang. Bild und Ton verzehrt. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen ob dieses behoben werden könnte, gab es nur immer wieder die Antwort, das dieses Problem der schlechten Wetterlage geschuldet sei welches wir vor Ort hatten. Na ja, bei so einem Hotel, setze ich voraus, dass ich wenigstens am Abend mal die Nachrichten schauen kann, wenn sich die Wetterlage beruhigt hat ohne ständige Bildstörungen zu haben. Da war ich schon an ganz anderen Orten, wo es diese Probleme nicht gab.
Hier sollte man, sich mal Gedanken machen wie man das Problem in den Griff bekommt, wenn die Gäste mehrere Tage gebucht haben.

Nötig - aber nicht zum wiederholen
Cons:

die Einzelbetten sind so schmal das man nicht schlafen kann und die Kissen einfach nur Dick und nicht zum schlafen geeignet. Somit ist das Schlafen nicht erholsam.
Die TZimmer wurden wohl renoviert - überall liegt noch Baudreck - schade
