Pros:

It was not clean when we got there and I asked them to clean it and supply few towels (there was none) and they told me they would and never did. The floors were sticky and just gross! Only good thing about this place was the pool and the view!

Pros:

A great value and location. We have stayed there six or eight times.

Cons:

The bathroom vent fan didn't work and the light switch was upside down. If you walked barefoot in the room your feet were black. Overall we like Holiday Terrace and look forward to seeing it after the remodel.

Stay was alright, they are beginning to remodel which I feel is needed, will return after remodelin.
Pros:

It was a great location, views are beautiful, room was huge. Kitchen area was nice. Can’t wait for the remodeling to be done.

Cons:

Room wasn’t extremely clean, towels were super thin and no wash cloths to use. Mattress was old and worn out, found it odd that the comforter was put on before the sheet. I stripped the bed and remade it.
