Wish I could give this place a better rating. For what I paid per night I expected much more.
Pros:

Good location but that meant noisy at night in our room. Free parking.

Cons:

Didn’t feel very clean. Older building with slanted floors. Wood floor in our room was dirty, after showering I walked a couple times across the floor and my feet were black on the bottoms, we were on the third floor, so it wasn’t street dirt. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for a whole lot less money but not in Key West.

If I go to Key West again, for sure I would stay at the Pegasus.
Pros:

Perfectly located and it included free parking—a must in this crowded town. A number of the reviews I read complained about the noise ( pretty minimal considering the location—bring a sound machine if you are bothered). A number also complained about front desk staff: I found everyone to be gracious and helpful and could not understand what people were complaining about.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Pros:

The location is excellent if you want to be within walking distance of the activities in old town

Cons:

It can be loud as live music plays on Duval Street past midnight and I would not stay here for the breakfast

Love the location but older dated hotel with the same price points as some nicer newer ones.
Pros:

It was a great location! Located walking distance to all the bars shops and restaurants. It had a nice pool area with balcony overlooking all the fun!

Cons:

The property was dated and the rooms smelled very musty. We tried to crack a window for fresh air but they were locked shut.

Great great location
Pros:

The location is great but loud at night, ask for top floor and back of building. Clean and the pool was nice, but the check in desk is largely empty and no one answers the phone during the day, you have to wait for call backs.

And the bed was SOOOOOOOOO comfy

It was fine - I would come back again, but not at the same rate that I paid. I would expect more!

Cons:

The room was in good condition, however is shows signs of age and could use renovations.
I feel the value I paid was worth the condition of the room I was assigned.

Not much for your money
Pros:

Very disappointed. The location was great but there is no place to unpack anything. Only a cabinet, no drawers. No vanity in the bathroom to put anything. One lady at the desk was not friendly at all. She seemed very disgruntled. No place to leave luggage after checking out til time to go to the airport. Got clean towels daily but no coffee. Daily breakfast was the same only dry bagels and muffins. Milk was warm.No cream for the coffee. Location was the best part

Cons:

The only thing I did like was location and bed was comfy. The lady that check us in was nice & friendly. The other lady acted like we were bothering her.

Pros:

Breakfast was poor. The coffee had an unusual taste and a Danish I had was very hard and stale

Cons:

The advertised pool and hot tub area was not good. No bar, restroom was locked, and a vending machine was out of order.
We requested washcloths for our room multiple times and never got any. 1 cloth for 4 people.
