The property is exactly as described.
Everywhere was very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the main square. Some people may prefer to be closer. It’s a small city so this is a minor issue.

Pros:

A very nice Oaxacan-style hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's quiet in the evenings because the hotel isn't located near any clubs. There are great cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small courtyard where you can enjoy a very good breakfast or just relax. I recommend it!

Recomiendo reservar habitación suite y en la primera planta
Pros:

El personal amabilísimo.

Cons:

La habitación da al patio interior y ni puedes abrir ventana porque te ven. La suite jr es algo justa de tamaño. Recomiendo la suite y en el primer piso, no en la planta de abajo que da al patio.

Muy limpio todo y el personal muy amable. El desayuno está bien, es correcto.

Cons:

La habitación tenía muy poca aislacion acústica, se escuchaba todo, si vienes para descansar y dormir bien, no es el lugar, Tuvimos problemas con la ducha que salió 2 días el agua fría, pero de la recepción fueron muy amables y nos hicieron. Un descuento.

Great location and staff
Pros:

It was well located. The staff were amazing. Couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was included which was a real hit. Very kindly lugged our cases up and down the stairs on arrival and departure. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. So easy and lovely. We requested the rooms upstairs as they were newly renovated and much bigger than the downstairs ones.

A Preaceful Stay with Kindness
Pros:

I love the athletics of this charming boutique hotel. The room is lovely and quiet with an extra blanket, bathrobes, bath products, in room Coffee , water and some treats for an extra cost. Breakfast is prepared I. The mornings, which is nice in the garden area. What really makes this boutique hotel is the helpful, charming staff!

Pros:

Lovely hotel in a quiet quarter near the city centre and close to good cafés and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. We would recommend to stay here.

Cons:

The room was too cold for our liking and the heating mode of the A/C did not work. Water kettle would have been nice, but we hardly ever had this in the hotels we stayed in in Mexico.

Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación, es perfecta. Además la relación precio calidad increíble, si bien el desayuno está predeterminado, tiene lo básico por lo que está perfecto. El personal muy a disposición de todo. Lo recomiendo 100%

We would definitely stay again because of the staff, location and clean room.
Pros:

The staff and breakfasts were the best. Lovely and friendly people. The standard room was clean and well maintained and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The standard room is too small for two people. Also would be nice to have a small fridge to keep water and medication cool.
