Nous avons tout aimé et apprécié,
l'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, les informations sur Istanbul, les attentions, les locaux, la propreté, le choix et la qualité du petit déjeuner avec des spécialités turques, l'emplacement de l'hôtel dans le quartier historique proche de tous les lieux à visiter.

Kind staff, perfect location, cosy environment!
Pros:

Great stay in the heart of Istanbul!
The location is next to all the major sights and it takes 2 minutes to walk to the T1 (tram to visit Karakoy, reachable in 15 minutes). The rooms are comfy and perfectly soundproofed.
+++ kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They give great tips for visits (and how to avoid surcharges or scams!).
Last but not least, the (Turkish) breakfast buffet is varied with a fresh and different selection of cold and hot dishes everyday.

Tolles Hotel mit allem, was man braucht 😊
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr lecker. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt, bekommt man sie. Ayca, Yacub, Hamet und all die anderen sind so so toll.

Cons:

Die Betten sind etwas hart. Dadurch konnte meine Frau nicht gut schlafen.

Ottima esperienza in posizione centrale
Pros:

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione centrale, vicinissima alla fermata del tram Sultanahmet, quindi perfetta per spostarsi facilmente. Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile, fornendoci anche ottimi consigli. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la colazione inclusa: semplice, ma completa e con tutto il necessario per iniziare bene la giornata.

One of the best hotel experiences I had in a heck of a long time.
Pros:

Normally I don't take the time to rate the hotels I stay at, but this place is something else. Location is great; just around the corner from the Blue Mosque and a short walk to the T1 tram line. The staff was absolutely fantastic and their assistance and recommendations really were spot on. The entire place has recently been renovated and everything worked. They even have a full size elevator, which was a definite plus. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Istanbul.

Cons:

I did not have more time to seem more of Istanbul.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they go above and beyond to help with anything and make you feel really welcome.

Perfect place to stay

Location was perfect. Close to key sites and public transportation. On a side street so very quiet. Very clean. Staff was very helpful. Good restaurants nearby. Price was great.perfect

Great hotel, really central location
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the hotel Ravi. The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice of cold and hot items as well as fresh juice, coffee and tea. It's very reasonably priced with a location just a few minutes walk from many of the sites of the old city. Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Recommended.
