また利用したい。
Pros:

4人で宿泊でしたが、一つの部屋にベッドが4つ置かれ、トイレバスも2つあり(おそらく2人部屋を一つにした感じ)、非常に快適でした。立地も最高でした。ショートステイだったので、次回はゆっくり京都滞在先として利用したい。

Great central location, would stay again!
Pros:

excellent location, walking distance from many shop and restaurants. Train stations nearby. Staff very friendly and accommodating - provided umbrellas when it was rainy out.

交通の便が良い、非常に満感のある都心のホテル。
Pros:

部屋のトイレと洗面台が別に作られていて快適だった。息も帰りも手荷物を預かってもらえるところはすごくありがたいです。
朝食のレストランの雰囲気と料理の内容も大変よかった。温泉施設もあり非常に快適でした。

Cons:

ベッドの片方のシーツが汚れがあり、この点は非常に不快感を覚えました。ただ申し出をしたときにスタッフがすぐに来て交換してくれた点は好印象を持ちました。

Pros:

The location was great, walking distance to several stations. The rooms were ok, quite spacious for Asia.There was tea and coffee in the room. The onsen was available at convenient times.

Cons:

The staff was not interested in the guests. The check in process was a bit slow and after check in they were very slow on fulfilling requests, we had to go ask several times.
The cleaning was not very thorough and can only be done before 14:00, we have a big time difference with Tokyo and were late sleepers, the housekeeping can wake you up.
The onsen is rather crowded, a lot of guests go there in the evening and the bath in the women's section was a bit too hot and the bath in the men's section was not hot enough.
We stayed at a cheaper Garner hotel in Osaka and the staff there was much more helpful and attentive.
This hotel is not very good at making a positive guest experience. Not worth the money in our opinion.
