Nice enough, but on the expensive side
Pros:

Comfortable, nice size rooms

Cons:

Breakfast was crazy, with only one Coffee machine for all those guests. Not enough laundry facilities.

Good work of Ayris from thevreataurant staf, but not so good from thevreceptionists.
Pros:

The staf would get 5 stars, but they did not try to accommodate our request to leavecus in the the same room, when we booked 2 days and 4 days.
We were impressed with the great work of the restaurant worker Ayris who helped us with the seving with a beatiful smile and the perfect English.
Thank you Ayris!

Even we asked to give us less expensive room, just not to move in between. But they did not try to think how to help us. Thecrest of service was good.

Un hôtel sur Kyoto que je recommande les yeux fermés.
Pros:

Presque tout, un super rapport qualité-prix, le personnel est très sympa, serviable et compétent. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l'établissement et avons aussi adoré le Onsen public.

Cons:

Emplacement pas extraordinaire mais c'est vraiment pour trouver un défaut. Et je pense qu'il serait bien de mettre un jeu de serviette supplémentaire pour le Onsen.

More washing machines are needed, we couldn’t use one for a whole evening so had to get up early to wash clothes
