Cons:

By Booking.com we were offered a sea view room and the the hotel told that the Privilege room has a view of the back of the hotel. There were another such customer with similar query. The offer on Booking.com was not real

The location was a very good. People from staff frendly helpful and smiling. A Specially Conserge always wants to help me and propose Champagne😊🥂😉. Happy to recommend or stay again!
Pros:

The staff at Reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and very quiet (I had requested a quiet room). We only had breakfast on a couple of days due to the added expense, but it was excellent. The location is brilliant on the Promenade des Anglais with plenty of bus and tram stops around and a pleasant walk to the old town and shops. Despite my comments about what I didn't like, I want to be clear that I was very happy with my stay overall and would happily recommend or stay again.

Cons:

I felt that the cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom was a bit 'random'. The same hair was in the same position on the bathroom floor throughout my stay. Not a terrible problem, but an indication that the floor had not perhaps been cleaned. The tiling in the bathroom was not finished to the standard I would expect of a 4 star hotel. I had a rather frustrating conversation with the night Receptionist on one occasion when I phoned down after having a shower to ask her to see if I had left my bottle of Evian water (purchased in a shop) in the lobby area. I felt she was not understanding me (I can't claim to speak more than elementary French so spoke mostly in English) and, sure enough, she had a new bottle of water delivered to my room which was charged to me. They were very good about deducting it from the bill.

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade des Anglais. Super Frühstück und nettes Personal.

Pros:

L'hôtel a offert un séjour agréable grâce à son personnel attentionné et sa literie confortable. Les produits d'hygiène étaient de bonne qualité. Cependant, les fleurs en plastique partout étaient un peu gaffes. Le restaurant, avec son décor ancien et lourd en rouge, avait besoin d'être rafraîchi. La réception et le restaurant manquaient de charme. Malgré cela, l'hôtel a été globalement confortable. Il faudrait peut-être revoir la décoration et supprimer les fleurs artificielles pour améliorer l'ambiance.

Cons:

Fleurs plastique partout et restaurant décor lourde en rouge besoin rafraîchir..très dommage vu la magnifique bâtisse. Les gens parlé trop fort resto pendant petit déjeuner en plus musique aussi forte, parfois rappeler aux clients en douceur de parler moins fort ça sera bien .😊
