I My stay and the warm welcome from the staff were wonderful. The hotel was excellent in terms of location and cleanliness. I would especially like to thank Mr. Umut and Mr. Ahmet at the reception, and Musa. They were all very attentive and kind.
The appartment is clean, quiet and comfortable. The stuff is very helpful. Special thank you to Busra and Recep for finding me a quiet room!

Very convenient location,
Close to Mall of Istanbul and great facilities, pool and gym.
The personnel was very welcoming particularly mention to Djila, for costumer relations. Very attentive and always asked if we needed anything.
The appartement are on the smaller side.

The apartment was spacious and clean, staff welcoming and nice, and our requests were met very quickly.
We requested apartment in more quiet area - and it was very quiet and pleasant where we were placed. Also requested some kitchen equipment - and it was placed in the apartment upon arrival.
The breakfast was very tasty and with good choice of food.
Want to also take advantage to say special thank you for the reception staff - Batuhan, Ahmet and Mesut. And for our lovely guest relations lady- Jila. They always welcomed us with smile and highes service possible.
There was nothing wrong with the Hotel or Staff. Location is far from city and the building is starting to get old, but nevertheless- it’s still a good place for the value with exceptional staff.
Красивый интерьер отеля, хорошая и качественная уборка в номерах,
Долгое обслуживание. В номерах есть кухня но нет никаких приборов и посуды. Когда просишь о посуде то предоставляют только ложки с вилками и тарелки с чашками, но не роды и кастрюли со сковородой. В отеле есть ресторан но неоправданно дорогой. Второй комплект постельного белья для ребенка нам несли 4 часа, хоть мы и постоянно звонили на ресепшен и время было под 01:30 ночи.
