bel giro a Vicenza.... tante cose da vedere in 2 giorni

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la disponibilità del personale. buonissimo il ristorante accanto all'hotel.

Cons:

non mi è piaciuta la pulizia delle stanze, la cura dell'esterno (ok che non è stagione estiva ma sarebbe stato meglio lasciare l'estivo in modo pulito e ordinato visto che affaccia sul balcone...), la nostra camera non aveva il box doccia (forse per agevolare chi ha disabilità...).

Della struttura mi è piaciuto il personale, sia le governanti sia le persone che servivano la colazione. Tutte molto gentili e disponibili. Anche la posizione ben collegata con il centro di Vicenza

Sono rimasta molto delusa perché sul sito di Booking mostrano il servizio spa con piscina idromassaggio e piscina allo scoperto. Non avendo prenotato con la SPA inclusa, ho contattato la struttura per vedere se era disponibile e se si poteva prenotare a parte e la risposta è stata positiva. Sul sito inoltre c’è scritto che dall’1 aprile i servizi sono tutti disponibili. Arrivo in hotel e mi si dice che le due piscine non erano disponibili causa lavori di ristrutturazione al loro ristorante e che quindi c’era solo disponibile la sauna con il bagno turco. Sinceramente non trovo corretta la modalità. Se non è disponibile un servizio che rende attrattiva la tua struttura per il 90% lo devi specificare sia sul sito sia quando un cliente ti scrive per chiedertelo espressamente. Non avrei prenotato in questo hotel altrimenti, non per qualcosa di contrario ma semplicemente perché non andavo a spendere questa cifra per non avere il servizio Spa completo come mi aspettavo. Ad aggiungersi era questa puzza di pesce costante in hall e negli ascensori, davvero terrificante. So che il loro ristorante era di pesce ma non credo sia il massimo sentire questo odore in tutto l’hotel h24.

Die Nähe zur Altstadt. Zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Schäbiges, zum Teil kaputtes Mobiliar, verschmutzte Wände, harte Matratze. Angeschlagenes Geschirr zum Frühstück. Löcher in der Decke. Hunde vom Personal bellen die ganze Nacht. Das ist kein 4 Sterne Haus. 1 Stern reicht völlig!!!
