Clean, comfortable room. A bit small but we only booked one night, so wasn't a concern.
Great shower. Friendly helpful staff. Two free beers on arrival. Good location.

직원분들이 항상 친절해요 1년마다 도쿄 오는데 항상 여기서 자요 긴자 위치에 비해 방 값도 저렴하고 너무 쾌적합니다 신축이라 너무 좋습니다

Very nice, helpful stuff. Location is good. Hotel in general is clean, located at very convenient location. Air conditioning works perfectly. They serve complimentary coffee, water ar lobby all day around.

Cons:

Rooms are smaller than expected. Selection for the breakfast is modest.
