Great value for money and good location
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and there was a staff member to greet us

Cons:

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room and the blind did not work

Disappointing experience
Cons:

Very dirty. I booked last minute so I paid the price but for that amount I would at least expect them to clean the room. You can also hear everyone in next rooms

It was an okay property.
Pros:

Cons:

The shower did not have a separate glass “division” which made the entire toilet wet for hours. Toilet window also did not have blinds

Totally worth it.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a walking distance from Kings College Denmark Hill campus, there is a bus nearby which goes to city center which is very convenient and a subway station nearby. The staff is very responsive and replied within minutes late in the evening.

Cons:

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and on previous visits it was much cleaner and better maintained. This time, despite booking a superior double room, the room felt worn, dusty, and dark. Most importantly, the bathroom was in very poor condition, with dirt behind the toilet seat and a very unpleasant smell coming from it. I eventually had to request a room change.

Situated in good area

Cons:

Extremely noisy.. doors banging all night no cups in bathroom to rinse mouth ..breakfast unavailable...staff very noisy talking loudly to one another in corridor I had to move to another hotel
