Better than expected
Pros:

Room actually better than expected, insulated from road noise and not far from the Wind rush line. Self check in was easy. Fairly good for the price point.

Cons:

Mattress was not very firm, we're not heavy people and def felt the springs. The shower room is also VERY small, any larger person would have a struggle getting in. The insulation from corridor noise was also not great, we were just up the stairs and could hear everything going on. Codes for doors is generally a nice idea but not when your battery dies!

It met my needs for this visit.
Pros:

Venue easy to find and the room was surprisingly quiet and couldn't hear the noise from outside. I could hear other guests but not too late.

Cons:

The bed wasn't that comfortable and room was rather stuffy due to the fact you couldn't open the window, but do understand the room was quiet because of this fact.

Value for money
Pros:

The Hotel was spotless, room spacious, bed comfortable and clean. It was a 12min walk from Peckham Rye train station and its on bus route,only 10min train journey from London. The area is not Upmarket and graffiti on public walls bring area down.

Location of hotel was quiet but area in high street looks dodgy
