The receptionist was friendly and helpful
Prior to our stay, we received a message stating that the "property is unmanned" and that "You will receive the check-in instructions and access codes via email and SMS/WhatsApp on your check-in day at 10:00 AM." We received nothing by email, SMS, WhatsApp or Booking.com.
We replied to their message before check-in to tell them we had not received the information, but received no response. We then tried the contact number provided, which immediately disconnected. After finding the company's general enquiries number online and calling them, we were given another number to try, only to find that it was outside its opening hours.
General enquiries then told us to contact Booking.com. Booking.com also tried unsuccessfully to contact the property. After going back to general enquiries yet again, they eventually contacted the property through another number and we were given directions and a eceptionist who was able to let us in. By this point, more than two hours had passed.
What made this more frustrating was that general enquiries suggested the problem was because we had not provided the "correct email". Booking.com provides properties with an email alias through which they can contact guests, it does provide customers exact email to properties so their comments made no sense and were blaming us when we were not at fault. We received zero contact from the property through any of the channels they had promised to use. They were capable of sending us a message to say we will receive check in information but not capable of actually sending it.
The whole experience was completely avoidable and an awful start to our stay.
The only saving grace, and the reason I have not given a score of 1, was the receptionist who eventually helped us. They were extremely kind, friendly and helpful.

Mir hat überhaupt nichts gefallen.
Seit über 30 Jahren reise ich, aber so ein schmutziges Zimmer habe ich noch nie erlebt.Der Boden und der Wände waren sehr schmutzig,auch die Matratze War nicht sauber. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschend Erfahrung.ich würde dieses Zimmer definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.
