Pros:

Meget hyggeligt sted, god atmosfære og med god beliggenhed tæt på restauranter og forretninger.
Hyggelig pool.
God service. God valuta for pengene.

Cons:

Sativa er ikke et helt nyt sted, og det kan ses nogle steder. Til gengæld er der meget rent.

Pros:

Very handy location in Sanur. Staff all helpful and friendly. Nice pool area. Room had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Beds were among the most comfy we had while in Indonesia.

Cons:

Cabinetry in the room was poor quality, couldn't close the drawers at the bottom of the wardrobe. Had to turn the fridge off at night as it would startle me awake each time it clicked on.

Die Hotel Anlage und der Pool sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Pool sind die Teeppen zum Teil defekt.Die Matratzen der Liegestühle waren leicht verschmutzt ,Die Toiletten waren nicht sehr vorteilhaft beim sitzen ,die Armaturen zum teil sehr verkalkt , zum Duschen musste man in die Badewanne klettern ,.

Ein paar Tage ok. Aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer und die Matratze waren super. Die Terrasse war groß und der Service gut. Mit hat gefallen dass sie viele junge Menschen ausbilden.

Cons:

Die Toilette war eine Katastrophe. Sehr laut und viele Wasser im Becken. Den Kühlschrank müssten wir nachts ausstellen das er sehr laut war. Das schlimmste aber waren die Zugänge zum Pool. Alle drei Treppen waren kaputt und es bestand Verletzungsgefahr

very enjoyable relaxing stay. Staff were very accomodating when we had to move rooms

great pool area, quiet location, rooms were clean and bonus netflix available.

Cons:

Bathroom windows have no coverings and can see straight in. Staff were accomodating and placed plastic on window for privacy but would recommend they update all rooms

The only good thing about the hotel is the location.

We checked in late at night for 4 nights. We checked out within 10 hours. Our room wreaked of mould. The air conditioning was rattling; noisey and not cold. The TV had no reception. No room service after 10pm. With no other option we stayed in the room for 10 hours and woke up sick in the morning.

Then breakfast was a health hazard. The fruit selection was not cold or sitting on ice. Then only three items in Bay Marie Rice; noodles; and so called bacon. All stone cold.

So asked for poached eggs as the safe bet. The eggs had broken up when dropped into water and they served it to me scrambled poached eggs. Sent back. The next two were overcooked. Sent back. 40 minutes later two soft poached eggs were served.

Complained to Sativa Reception and told them the room and restaurant were in breach of health regulations and that we were sick from mouldy room and checking out.

This was a Saturday. The lovely receptionist promised a refund but could not do so because Booking.com had not paid Sativa yet and the Manager won’t be at the hotel until Monday.

Also complained to Booking.com who did not reply for days. By that time booking.com had paid the hotel.
The hotel has not got back to me. Sativa has not responded to many messages. They have ghosted us.

Booking.com were unable to resolve the matter with Sativa. Apologised to us and offered $35 USD for reward.

For us it’s a matter of principle. The hotel is a health hazard in both the room and restaurant standards. And should be removed from Booking.com offerings.

Great position, easy walking to beach and restaurants. Lovely and peaceful and a great atmosphere at the hotel.
Pros:
