Clean and comfortable central location
Pros:

Really clean and a comfy bed. Amazing bar staff, Felix gave us a mescal tasting and was really knowledgable, so we didn’t need to even do a tour. Helpful transfer service.

Cons:

Teas and coffees weren’t very good, but you can make good coffee in the rooms. Also our room didn’t have any windows, but it was still very nice.

Siamo stati lì per la festa dei morti e in occasione del nostro viaggio di nozze e sicuramente ci tornerei. Staff eccezionale, camera anche se senza finestra era impeccabile. Colazione favolosa e buonissima e la vista dalla sala colazione sulla terrazza è Amazing. Essendo direttore di Hotel in Italia devo dire che sarei fiera di avere questo team in Italia!

Disappointing - not a luxury boutique hotel and way over priced.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a great shower.

Cons:

Loud music by staff; dark rooms could use more light, average food, tv viewing options poor unless you had a personal subscription; no live tv.

Could not have been better- great staff and great location- really felt like a home away from home!
Pros:

Superb staff- helpful, friendly and outgoing to make our stay special in every way- offers,
Suggestions, coordinating drivers, tours, excursions etc. Always available with a smile to support! Rooms are modern, well appointed, perfectly clean and newly furnished and the hotel is in a perfect location just blocks from all the sites and wonderful Oaxacan restaurants.
