The front desk was inviting. The room was very bad

We will ALWAYS STAY at your hotel when we come to Kelowna.
Pros:

Everything was awesome!!! We will come again. Close to shopping!! Close to the Kelowna Airport. Close to restaurants. Close to doctors offices. Your rooms are amazing. Did not have time to use the pool. Parking is great and close to the rooms.
