Pros:

Standort und Personal war super! Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und sieht wie auf den Bildern aus.
Direkt im Hotel gibt es ein Cafe, habe mit jeden Tag einen geholt :)

Cons:

Das “Badezimmer” ist nur aus Glas und man hat keine richtige Tür, sehr intim für frische Beziehungen oder Freunde

Un hotel para sentirse como en casa
Pros:

He visitado el hotel en dos ocasiones. El personal siempre ha sido muy atento y cercano. En primera visita me olvidé una camiseta y me la guardaron durante casi un año. La ubicación, la decoración y los servicios son inmejorables!!

Great coffee from downstairs.
Rooms were clean, really good shower

Can be slightly noisy at night but should be expected with being able to walk onto the Grand Via immediately.

Segunda vez y de nuevo una experiencia impecable. Ubicación excelente, ambiente cuidado, habitaciones cómodas y algo más amplias que la primera vez y un trato muy profesional. Además, tienen iniciativas para reducir el impacto medioambiental; en nuestro caso, al quedarnos solo 2 noches, nos ofrecieron una consumición gratuita en el restaurante si prescindíamos de la limpieza de la habitación.
