Pesimo no recomiendo ese hotel para quedarse.
Pros:

La atencion Pesima, el recepcionista no quiso aceptar el precio que nos dio booking y nos dijo que cancelaramos la reservacion y la volvieramos a hacer, al final nos cobro un monto mas alto que el que nos hacia dado booking.

Todo es muy cómodo y limpio, el echo de que cuente con elevador lo hace genial porque puede subir y bajar sin problema una persona mayor o con discapacidad en caso de que el hospedaje sea en los pisos de arriba, la atención del personal siempre muy amable y cordial

La struttura a prima vista si presenta bene, anche se un pò datato. La posizione abbastanza buona si arriva al centro in 15 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Essendo venuti a gennaio le stanze erano tremendamente fredde, anche se subito dopo ci hanno portato delle stufetta elettriche.

Beleza da construção do hotel. Chuveiro com muita água e quente.

Cons:

Quarto muito frio sem nenhum sistema de aquecimento.
Café da manhã marcado a partir da 7:00. Menos o dia da minha saída que precisava ser às 7:00. Só começou às 8:00. Paguei e não recebi. Fiquei sem café da manhã

Cons:

El hotel no tiene personal...el propietario otorga sueldos miserables y el personal no dura en su trabajo. Los pocos que tienen, trabajan hoas extenuantes,son explotados laboralmente. No debería de existir este hotel.

Excelente lugar, muy recomendable, para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones en San Cristobal

El desayuno, es delicioso, es atendido por personas muy cálidas y muy amables, se preocupan por nuestro bienestar y seguridad

Fair location; the hotel is very pictoresque and authrntic and unique.

Cons:

breakfast was not more than fair
wifi -it took almost 30minutes until it was set
no electricity points by the beds - ee have to put our mobile in varios places in the room to charge them
the rooms are cold at night....
