It was great and I would love to come back.
Pros:

Very close to all the areas while you have some not so busy times away from the hustle and bustle. It is very convenient for late night snack and early morning rush. 7eleven is down the building. Next block to the right is family mart and corner to the left is lawson. There are restaurants and cafes around the area.

Super espace avec deux chambres top pour les enfants. Accès à Landry avec machine et sèche linge hyper pratique et bonne situation

Cons:

Literie un peu dure et odeur dans l’appart un peu désagréable mais il y a des sprays.

O primă impresie frumoasă despre Tokio
Pros:

Curățenie zilnică în cameră, schimbat prosoape. La 2-3 zile, schimbat așternuturi. Suficient spațiu pentru toată trupa. Suficient de bine conectată pentru a vizita tot ce e mai important în Tokio (+ Disney), dar departe de balamucul din zonele intens turistice; am mers pe jos la gara centrală cu tot cu valize, pentru trenul de mare viteză.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Pretty clean and enough space for our small family. Good laundry facilities. The bed was rock hard but they can provide a comfort layer if you ask - it made the bed very comfortable (just don't forget to ask as soon as you arrive).

Cons:

Location was not near key attractions / destinations. We could jump on the metro to get where we needed to go but if you have limited time and want fast and easy access - pick another area of Tokyo. Trade off was that it was very quiet - no noise at night and peaceful streets.

Lovely staff and a great hotel to stay in overall
Pros:

Clean and has a kitchen with a fridge, very helpful for travelers with kids.

7-eleven is within the hotel building though on the main street.

Very close to Tokyo Station

There are multiple amenities available free of charge once you check in including the usage of some electronics like Apple TV (though it is an older model)

Cons:

There are only 2 elevators, which is not the worst problem to have. Most of the times you won’t need to wait for a long time.
