El trato de la mesera, descortes, no me dejaba terminar mi desayuno y ya queria que firmara lo del desayuno que venia incluido.
The hotel is in a great location and is well kept. My room was comfortable, very clean and stylish. I enjoyed the continental breakfast and paid the small fee for the upgrade to full breakfast. It was delicious!
If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Sounds from the hallway as well as doors and light switches in neighboring rooms can be heard.

La ubicación es increíble
Absolutamente TODO se escucha entre las habitaciones, desde la TV, hasta lo que hacen los otros huéspedes. Descansar es complicado así, además el aire acondicionado hace todavía más ruido que lo que se escucha de las otras habitaciones.

La limpieza y el trato del señor Salvador ayudándonos a apagar el aire que hacía un ruido espantoso y facilitándonos un ventilador de piso.
La cercanía al turibus y al centro de la ciudad
El aire no funcionaba y tenía un ruido ensordecedor y no se podía apagar, tuvimos que llamar a mantenimiento.
La ducha se inundaba haciendo que el agua se empocé y provocando que se inundara el piso del baño.
La ubicación y la limpieza de las habitaciones. Tengo que reconocer el excelente trato del señor Salvador, de mantenimiento nocturno quien trato de ayudarnos con el problema del aire acondicionado cambiándonos varias veces de habitación y además facilitándonos un abanico.
El aire acondicionado no funciona, nos cambiaron a 3 habitaciones y en ninguna habitación enfrío, más bien calentaban y el ruido del aire tratando de funcionar era muy escandaloso.
Incluye el desayuno pero, tiene pocas mesas.
