This is my fifth time staying at this hotel. Some facilities are getting old and broken. Hope Nishitstsu group consider
Pros:

Location and staff at daytime are very helpful.

Cons:

Hair dryer and kettle are old and not working properly
wash basin is cracked and almost broken.
Staff at night did not help to solve problem.

Pros:

天神の駅前なので、お買い物やお食事の際のアクセスが良かった。
お風呂とトイレがセパレートで、快適でした。洗面場からガラスを介してお部屋が見れるので、広々した感じです、

Cons:

良くないことはないのですが、お部屋にペットボトルのお水がなく、滞在したお部屋と同階のウォーターサーバーに自分で水を汲みに行くシステムです。
