Pros:

Très bon séjour au Balpetek Hotel.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la place Sultanahmet et des principaux sites touristiques. C’est idéal pour visiter Istanbul à pied.

L’équipe du petit-déjeuner et le personnel de l’hôtel étaient serviables.

Une mention toute particulière à Asaf, à l’accueil de nuit, pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité. Il a toujours pris le temps de nous aider avec le sourire.

Je recommande cet hôtel pour son excellent emplacement, son bon rapport qualité-prix et la qualité de son accueil.

Розумію що ціна доволі невисока але я б краще доплатив , ніде не було вказано що номер знаходиться в підвальному приміще

Excellent staff,service and location!
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful with all aspects of our needs. They arranged for airport transportation to and from. They arranged for a van to take us to Bursa for the day. They gave us a map of the city and highlighted all important sightseeing areas. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The person cleaning our rooms was amazing. Everything was tidy and clean. Towels replenished everyday. Location was unbeatable! Literally 5 min walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar. Tons of shopping, restaurants and trams. Would definitely stay here again!!

Small budget hotel that works well in Istanbul old town for short stays.
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room free of charge.

Cons:

Shower and water sporadic. One day no hot water and another day, not any water for a while.
Breakfast was very simple.

Satisfăcător
Pros:

Zona buna aproape de obiectivele turistice și bazar. Camere spațioase. Desi hotelul nu are parcare există o parcare cu plata la max 3 min de locație, ceea ce e un mare plus în zona ,și nu sunt piloni care sa blocheze strada ,deci se circula bine și fără stres.

Cons:

Curățenia lasă mult de dorit. În studioul de 4 persoane exista ac doar într-o camera și fiind la ultimul etaj era foarte cald ,iar ca să se facă răcoare în ambele camere ,trebuia sa ingheti în cea cu AC.

La struttura è pulita lo staff gentile, la struttura era molto vicina al centro e comoda. La colazione era a buffet e molto ricca.hotel era aperto 24 su 24 ore.
