Grand Hotel Sunny Beach - All Inclusive

We had a lovely stay in the Grand Hotel Sunny Beach. My family and I were in an apartment on the 9th floor and we had a great room with sea view. The hotel is recently renovated. Great for a family with kids. They have a great kids club. There is a gym in the hotel and animation team that are super friendly. Overall we had a great time. Delicious food, good weather and we couldn’t ask for more. Will be back

All in all, the hotel was great and we had the most amazing time. The staff was very polite and even solved an issue we had with our room. The beach was quiet and beautiful I even took the most amazing pic of the sunset. The evening entertainment was extremely fun and we had the most amazing time ever. Would definitely recommend and come back next year.

Spacious, beautiful interior, looks freshly renovated. The staff was friendly and nice to us when asked for extra sheets.
Food was delicious, various themed meals for dinner. Kids were happy at the pool; it’s a wide one. Very enjoyable and pleasant stay as a whole.

we went to this hotel for the last two weeks of the season. We arrived around 13.30 and were told we had to wait until 15.00 to get our room, we asked if we could get a drink while waiting and was told no we needed to wait until we had our bands. at 15.00 we were pleasantly sup prised to find a lovely room with a balcony that if you leaned out to the right you could see the beach.
Dinner time and very few options even the salad wasn't interesting with just a bit of cucumber, tomato grated cabbage and carrots all the food looked unappetising outside they did Chips and something the called Kabab but tasted like sausage The sweet table was a bit better with cake and fresh fruit. we found that lunch the next day was the same and it remained the same for the whole 2 weeks chicken and pork and tasted vile Breakfast was the best meal of the day BUT no bread rolls just sliced bread that needed toasting in a toaster that took 3 times to brown the bread, the bacon was rubber, the scrambled egg looked ok until you put the spoon in and then that was also rubber, the beans were fine but usually cold. Outside pancakes and eggs cooked fresh. Tea and coffee machines were plentiful with milk in jugs but you do need to take your own tea bags as the tea that was provided was not good with milk. the outside also did snacks during the day but beware of going to get something a few minutes early you would be given a very strong NO and shown the time. Most of the staff were surly with the exception of2 both of who work outside.
as for the bar the blond lady was very nice but Dom the barman was forever asking for tips. there was entertainment most days Peter brilliant but only 45 mins best night was karaoke.
room was not vacuumed for the whole time but we were always left 2 good quality toilet rolls each day that made us think that the cleaners knew all about the food. the beds were changed regularly'
the hotel had a fines list 50 lev for taking food or drink to your room etc
Would I return? a big fat yes to Sunny Beach but NEVER to this hotel

Food good for a few days, then it was recycled into other dishes, bread stale and choices were getting less on desserts, mostly biscuits. Food became cold and less appealing. Entertainment just an hour every night, the same singer popped in for three of the nights. There were a lot of complaining customers. On the 10th day of my holiday they cut our wrist bands of at 12pm, we were leaving at 6.30pm for the airport. We could use inclusive until 2pm. So people going home at 11pm, had no inclusive for 9hours. Even access to a coffee and snacks would have been nice. I’ve not experienced this ever, always been able to use inclusive till we left any hotel. Very small grounds, a terrace with tables and chairs, not enough sun beds. Any juices are from machines, which is common practice, but would of been nice if I could of got a decent soft drink from the bar as I’m a non drinker, so I had coffee and water for ten days on my all-inclusive. Five coffee machines and coffees are good. Our room was nice but the tap in bathroom was wobbling badly, and one of the sockets was hanging out of the wall. This hotel could be better for its four stars. Make more effort on our last paying day. My last day was hard and miserable. Sunny beach area makes your holiday, beaches are perfect, just stay in a better hotel, you will be disappointed at the Grand Hotel Sunny beach

I was always told if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything. I will go against this advice and say in three words Leave well alone.

частина страв була смачна,особливо барбекю стіл на вулиці, великий вибір страв і напоїв , номери гарні. ліжка хороші. вигляд з вікна на море. різноманітне освітлення в кімнаті (проте було б добре на вимикачах мати надписи вказівники).
лоббі-зона чудова, було дуже зручно чекати на свій автобус додому.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The most miserable staff and the most awful food I’ve ever encountered. I wasn’t impressed when the pool bar closed on our first day, the reason, it’s the end of season next week…. Well, excuse me, but I’ve paid for all the amenities advertised. Couldn’t get a sunbed around the pool so we spent most our days on the beach which was lovely.
Don’t book this hotel as it is rubbish and not a four star. Sunny beach is great though. We will be back but not to this dump.
