Me surpreendi com a atenção e simpatia da recepção, o senhor foi cordial e muito gentil com minha filha em todos os momentos, durante a noite o atendimento é oposto.
O quarto é muito espaçoso e a piscina estava perfeita para um dia de muito calor. Ficamos no quarto 201

L’emplacement est très bien , le personnel est très agréable à l’écoute du client

Cons:

j’étais un peu déçue car les serviettes n’étaient pas changées systématiquement, le balcon est très sale

Pros:

Le rapport qualité est très bon, on dors bien les chambres sont bien équipés. L'hôtel est en hyper centre tout est a proximité.

Cons:

L'accueil n'est pas chaleureux et doit être amélioré. Les femmes de ménage font un peu de bruit dans les étages.

I will never choose this hotel again, very dirty and rude staff. breakfast was a joke.

Horrible dirty rooms, air-conditioner was not working, staff were very rude and breakfast was a joke (should cost them 0.4£). I had too keep waiting ages for them open parking gate, the parking itself is a mess and not organised at all.
