Wish we had been staying longer at this beautiful property.
Pros:

The unit is beautiful! It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a very large living area. The only issue we had was in finding the unit because there is no sign on the building to indicate it is Mamisita's Village. Be sure to arrange to meet someone when you arrive.

See above. Maybe the booking information could indicate that there is no sign.

Pros:

Appartamento bellissimo all'interno di un residence tranquillo e in ottima posizione, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare in tranquillità. Camere ampie, bagni grandi, armadi e mobiletti per sistemare tutto, cucina con tutti gli accessori al completo. Il terrazzo era veramente carino. Lo staff super disponibile e attento. Grazie di tutto!

Pros:

L'apartement est vraiment tout proche de la plage, et il est au calme. La résidence est magnifique avec une piscine en plein centre. L'apartement est vraiment grand et très bien équipé, et super conforable, et il est à 3mn à pied de la quinta avenida, la ou tout se passe.

Localisation, propreté, équipement, la climatisation, le coffre, le parking souterrain, disponibilité du contact sur place, proximité de la 5ème avenue

Cons:

Placards relativement vides. Cela mériterait un petit peu plus d'équipement... mais ce n'est pas 100% nécessaire... juste pour mentionner une remarque. Ce serait un petit plus.

Pros:

Lovely and spacious apartment. Close to the beach and supermarket. Also, 5th Ave is 2 blocks away. Having access to washer and dryer was a plus. Overall a wonderful stay. Will definitely come back.

Pleasant stay at Mamitas
Pros:

In sweet spot between beach and Quinta Avenida. But, without any noise! Underground garage is really good addition. Absolute recommendation!

Cons:

To our questions about extra towel or two, it was offered at a price. More expensive then the ones we bought at nearby supermarket.

Other thing, on reservation, and still at the moment of writing this, it is stated on booking: "daily cleaning service". Well that's incorrect, and was part of decision why we rented this place.

Perfect for the ones that love 5th Avenue and the beach
Pros:

Clean and spacious, perfect for us as we planned to eat in most meals, kitchen had everything we needed. Steps away from the beach and 5th Avenue. Very large outdoor balcony.

Cons:

The pool, there isn't an outdoor space to layout

Excellent location, very good communication. Very nice and clean apartment.

Cons:

Very tiny pool. It would be nice to hace some essentials like napkins, paper towel, scissors, oil to cook, salt and sugar.

Really pleasant and convenient. Good value for money especially during this festive season .
Pros:

The location was superb 5 mins to the beach and the main strip where all the restaurants and action is. The accommodation was very spacious me and my friend felt like we had so much room which was good.

Cons:

maybe the lock system in regards to getting in an out someone would have to lock you in so perhaps offering two keys or a different system to come in and out of your housing .
