Cons:

First of all no Air Condition it was hot at night only with the ceiling fan. One of the bed was too close to the entrance door. No coffee pot at least. Staff needs a little more communication with customers. Room wasn’t that bad but killed a cockroach in the restroom. The toilet seat move a little bit.

This hotel could but awesome given its historic charm and great location but it’s time for a change in management.

Amazing location in the heart of the historic district.

Cons:

The cockroach I saw in the room upon arrival was an unwelcome first impression. Two lightbulbs in the room were out and I needed to ask twice before someone showed up to fix. The facial tissues receptacle was empty. A housekeeper opened the door to the room without knocking. The buffet breakfast is not very good with weak cold coffee and frequently empty bins of food and stale pastries. They tried to charge me for a glass of ice. The internet service is poor.

Inmejorable ubicación y una experiencia grata
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, al pie de la catedral de Morelia.

Cons:

Un poco ruidoso, pero manejable. Había que estar recordando frecuentemente al personal que éramos 3 huéspedes para que nos dejaran 3 toallas.
