That's good for a stay of one or two nights.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The walls are so thin, I can hear someone snoring in the next room. The toilet, bathroom, and sink are all really small. The room is a good size. The living room, too.

Great value and location, amazing host
Pros:

Location was very convenient to the subway line about a 4min walk, check in was seamless and straightforward. Area was quiet and not that much traffic. Room was fairly spacious and had space to lay out our luggage. The AC was great for the hot weather we had. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Amazing value.

Cons:

The bathroom is on the small side but that is to be expected of most Japanese apartments. I would not consider this a minus but just be aware this is typical.

Very good value for the location and space. Facilities could improve.
Pros:

Location is so great that taking subway anywhere and to the EXPO is all in reach.

The studio is very spacious.

A well facilitated kitchen and laundry setup is great for travelers.

Cons:

The floor wasn't fully cleaned.

Furnitures looks better than they feel. The setup wasn't convenient for users.

Bathroom is really small.
