Pros:

全体的に設備がとても綺麗でした。食器やフライパンなどの調理器具も揃っており、近くのスーパーで買い物をして料理することができました。冷房もよく聞いて、換気扇もしっかり動いていました。部屋もおしゃれでテンションが上がりました。
セルフチェックインでとてもクイックで楽でした。一点分からないところがありましたが、下のカフェの店員さんが教えてくれたので困った時に頼り先があるのはよかったです。

Cons:

立地は悪くはないですが、ルツェルン駅からの最短距離で行こうとすると長い階段がありキャリーでは到底登れなかったので、回り道をして結局駅から徒歩15分はかかると思いました。
ベッドは、ダブルをお願いしていましたがシングルを２つくっつけた形だったので少し寝にくかったです。

Two star hotel quality with a great location.
Pros:

Location! Had easy access to old town, the train station, ferries, and restaurants. Beds were decent and room was a good size for three people. Having access to an elevator was great too.

Cons:

Room did not seem particularly clean. Layout of the hotel was confusing.

Modern apartment in great central location
Pros:

Great location in centre - easy walk from station and main attractions, restaurants and shops. Spacious modern apartment in old house with everthing we needed.

Cons:

A lift but still needed to navigate a few flights of stairs. Had a bit of trouble with self check in but helped by the restaurant staff.

Angenehmes Wochenende in Luzern…
Pros:

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt, fussläufig vom Bahnhof sehr gut erreichbar. Angenehmes Zimmer in der dritten Etage mit Küchenzeile.
Frühstück bei Bedarf auch im Rokka Cafe möglich.

Wonderful location in central old town.
Pros:

Location is great--centrally located in the old town area close to groceries, train, restaurants, shopping, chapel bridge, the lake, etc.
Rooms were a nice size with a nice kitchenette and were comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

Is located in an older building (which we like) but that meant traversing some convoluted stairs. There is a SMALL elevator when needed--two people with modest luggage barely fit!

Très beau séjour et magnifique découverte que ce lieu
Pros:

L’emplacement était super, et la chambre parfaite pour ma famille

Cons:

La propreté de la salle de bain n’était pas au top et j’ai trouver de la vaisselle ranger sale donc pas motivant.

Charming place to stay. Big rooms by European standards.
Pros:

The property is well located-a short walk from the station and the bus stop. But be aware that the inside lanes are cobblestones; and the house itself has many stairs. There is an elevator; but you have to negotiate stairs too. The area is lively and buzzing filled with shops and cafes, a large Coop too - a short walk from Chapel Bridge and the lake. The room is large (by Europe standards); the bathroom was very big, and all amenities were well provided.

Cons:

Too many stairs…no help whatsoever…no coffee machine in the room or in the common lobby too.

Pros:

The place is beautiful, the rooms are super comfortable and respectful with the building and story. Location is incredible, we felt very safe as well

Cons:

For guests that are not tech savvy, this place would be a challenge, because the check in is with a screen or app, they ask for alphanumeric codes for check in, so it's not very easy to make it.

La ubicación es perfecta , está muy cerca a la estación principal de trenes, todo muy nuevo.. Tienes restaurante cerca, lo más turístico de luzern.

Cons:

La habitación tenía olor a marihuana, y las cobijas también. En si toda la habitación. Se vio que solo le hicieron aseo por encima .

Pros:

ich habe ein doppelzimmer seitlich in der obersten etage reserviert; bekommen haben wir ein 4 bettzimmer zur lauten hauptgasse hin. unten im lokal gab es die 1/2 nacht ohrenbetäubende musik; leute gingen zudem zum rauchen hinaus und redeten dort sehr laut. trotz telefonischer intervention, keine veränderung; auch keine rückmeldung der dame mit der wir uns über das problem unterhalten haben/ anders als sie es uns versprochen hatte!!!
