Pros:

Размещение идеальное, все удобно.

Cons:

Можно попробовать снизить переодический шум в области кондиционера. Добавить пару бутылок питьевой воды. Ее очень не хватало на период пребывания. В целом все на достойном уровне!

房間算大，三個大行李廂可以全開；有廚方很方便。

Cons:

房間清潔可以再加強，冷氣機桌子電扇都很多灰塵，寢具也很多棉絮，有過敏的人不太推薦
地點在老城區，大部分是石板路，因此對拖大行李的人不太友善

Perfect short stay in Lucerne.
Pros:

Convenient but warm
Pros:

The location, convenient to sites, and cleanliness

Cons:

The A/C unit in the room barely cooled it to a tolerable temperature. The bunks get little to no airflow and are warm. Also the shower was very small. The dryers leave your clothes very damp.

Pros:

The room was convenient and our daughter loved the bunk bed. The AC worked okay; could have been a bit stronger, but did the job. Having the kitchenette while traveling with a kid is very convenient, and this one was good.
The location is convenient; there is a huge supermarket at the end of the block, and it's close to the train station.
It's not super convenient if you have a stroller or any mobility issues, because there are steps and stairs in many places, and the road is cobblestone.
The laundry room didn't work well for us, because the dryer didn't work while we were there, so we had to deal with a mess of the wet laundry.
The rest of the stay was nice though, so I'd recommend it for the families/groups of friends/couples without too much luggage or strollers.

Pros:

Det er sentralt, og rommene var store med kjøleskap.

Cons:

Vanskelig å sjekke inn to rom i samme bestilling. Måtte ringe tre ganger før vi fikk sjekket inn begge rommene. En time av ferien ble brukt i telefonen for innsjekking.
Mye bråk i gangen på kvelden.
Skitne gulv, aircondition fungerte ikke som det skulle, fjernkontrollen til tv var med oppbrukte batterier fikk dermed ikke brukt den.

Perfect location and lovely facilities!
Pros:

We had booked an AirBnB for our stay in Lucerne, but it was far from acceptable. After one night we booked this hotel, and I am so glad we did. This hotel saved our trip! It’s in a perfect location, and the room was clean, tidy and stylish. The cafe on the ground floor was also a perfect way to start our days.
