Buena opción en Luzerna.
Pros:

Tenía una buena ubicación, las personas adentro eran amables y todo fue smooth. La habitación era buena.

I will not recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Not at all. AC wasn’t working and when I called the customer service number after I checked in around 4:00 pm . Lady who asked the phone told me to open the windows and someone will check tomorrow . Opening windows so much noise from outside so wasn’t able to sleep . Next day AC wasn’t fixed either and no response from the hotel staff. Very bad.

Cons:

I don't like the way that manager talks to me (even though this is a self-check-in hotel, that guy seems to lack passion). But the room and the place are amazing; I will recommend this hotel to my friend.

Central location, poor communication, rude staff interaction, and noise at night.
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the city center and very convenient to explore the city by foot. The self check-in system is convenient. The room itself was fine for a short stay.

Cons:

After booking, the hotel informed me that instructions would be sent a few days before arrival, but I never received them. I followed up and was told I would receive them on the morning of arrival, but again I didn't receive any instructions or entry code.
When I arrived, the main hotel door has a keypad, so I thought a code was needed and went to the café as instructed in case of help was needed. From the café there is another door to the hotel that guests also use for breakfast, so I entered there and started the self checkin. Unfortunately, a staff member from the café, who appeared to be a café manager, approached me while I was doing the self checkin and immediately asked “What are you doing?” in a rude manner instead of offering help. He told me I should not enter through that door because it's closed at night, even though I arrived in the morning and that door is also used by hotel guests to access the café for breakfast. I understand that the café door may not be the official entrance; however, this could have been explained in a polite way, and clearer instructions should have been provided before arrival to avoid confusion.
As he finished speaking, he put his hand at the side of my shoulder, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. He didn't allow me to explain and left without offering help. This made the arrival experience very uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel improve communication after booking and ensure staff communicate with guests in a more polite and helpful way.
The kitchen lacks utensils. There was only one pot and one pan, and the pan was very old with the coating already worn off and basically unusable. I would recommend the hotel invest in a few stainless steel pots and pans that will last longer.
Because the hotel is central, it is noisy at night, especially on weekends. Plus, the cafe/bar had a party over the weekend which was loud.

Prezzo un po' alto ma soggiorno davvero piacevole
Pros:

L'hotel è davvero bello, ho apprezzato molto la lavanderia la cucina comune ed il bar. La camera era davvero particolare, perfetta per noi con bimbi piccoli. Forse manca qualche utensile per cucinare e una macchina da caffè. In generale è stato tutto perfetto anche la posizione a parte la pulizia, con un bambino che gattona è fondamentale ( sotto al letto c'era....di tutto...)

Würde das Hotel wieder buchen
Pros:

Ein richtig schnuckeliges Zimmer mitten in der Luzerner Altstadt

Cons:

Sehr klein, für 2 Personen echt sportlich.
Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre gut.
Und eine Ablagefläche für Koffer oder Tasche.
