Muy limpio y cómodo. Bastante cerca de las estaciones de tren y cerca a Shin Sekai.

The location. Close to shin-imamiya station, around a 10-mins walk. The place is walking distance to Shinsekai and since it’s 1 station away from the busy area, it is very quiet and peaceful. It’s also just a train ride away to anywhere. It felt very safe no matter what time of night we arrive at the house. The house is very cosy for the size. Even though there were 4 of us, it didn’t feel claustrophobic and there were space to put our luggages. Extremely clean house. It was also surprisingly quiet for the type of house, we didn’t hear anyone and rarely see anyone at the property. The checkin process was efficient and communication was fast via booking chat. We were able to drop our luggages off around 12pm and checkin again after 3pm as the house wasn’t cleaned yet at the time. Would stay again if we come back to Osaka.
Couldn’t think of any. Had a lovely stay
It was about a 5-minute walk from the metro/subway
First of all, check-in is at 3 PM, and you can only leave your luggage starting from 12 PM — we had to beg them to find a place where we could leave our bags. Secondly, the room was very cold; it took about 24 hours to warm up. We were only guys, but honestly, if there had been a girl, I don’t think she could have stayed in that cold. Third, the hot water had very low pressure and wasn’t even that hot.
On the last night, we charged our phones using the same outlet we had been using before, but they didn’t charge. As a result, our alarms didn’t go off and we almost missed our train to Tokyo.
It is a Homestay like and I got a good deal for the stay. The staff are warm and always keep me updated and reply in prompt . Allow me to put my luggage early before check in time.
The room is much smaller than I thought. The bathroom is kind of small and no basin inside. Needs to wash my face and brush my teeth outside the bathroom. For me it is inconvenient but maybe it is fine for others.

The location was perfect — incredibly convenient
1. The lack of a changing room was quite inconvenient.
As we were traveling with teenage boy and girl, it was uncomfortable and inconvenient when using the bathroom.
It would have been better if there had been a wash bucket in the bathroom.
2. Although the TV remote had many functions, none of them were actually usable.
In order to watch anything, we had to log in ourselves, which was quite inconvenient.
During my stay, no TV signal was available at all.
Someone did come to check and assist promptly, which I appreciated, but unfortunately I was still unable to use the TV myself afterward.
I feel that it would have been helpful to have clearer instructions or an explanation on how to use the TV.
3. Providing coffee and tea would have made the stay even better.

The shower is Japanese style, we didn’t really got used to it, everything else was great.

浴室內沒有放衣服的地方 浴室外也沒有很好的遮蔽 會比較害羞不方便 可能日本的浴室規劃 台灣人比較不習慣~
但其他都很棒 洗髮精的味道也很好聞
Location, price, space
Small, and in a reasonable location. Good for seeing some of the more local oriented side of Oasaka and a nice mix of neighbourhoods.
Pretty small for a 4 people, and not much space for storing clothes etc.

Além disso, dá para ir as principais atrações caminhando. Você não tem nenhum contato direto com alguém da administração, é por self-chekin, o que torna um pouco confuso no início. Mas deu tudo certo e gostamos tanto da acomodação, quanto da locação.
