It's not the place for me to visit.

The property was on the beach, and it was in a good location.

Cons:

Upon entering the room, the back door that leads to the beach was unlocked. I did report this to the front desk representative, and she noted that it was not anything to worry about. The entire duration of the trip, it felt like the wifi system had been compromised. From the television, there was vulgar language coming from news outlets, and that was not something I was accustomed to. I ended up typing a lot of the suspicious information into an AI platform, because I was concerned. Although the price was affordable, this is not a place that I will personally visit again. The room was not clean up to a caliber of my satisfaction, and I do know you get what you pay for, but I visited during off season, so it's typically very affordable. They were conducting renovations, and materials and nails were displaced. With the beach being somewhere that guests frequently don't wear shoes; moreover, that is a big safety hazards. I can not remember if they advertised if they were doing renovations or not.

The rooms were dirty when we arrived. Looked to have black mold on base of wall. Sheets did not fit the bed, sand was in the bed when we arrived

Quiet stay in a friendly place
Pros:

Great quiet place on the beach. Staff is very friendly. Facilities are clean. Rooms have full kitchens. Only negative is that there is not a table to eat on. It only has a tiny bar along the wall for dining.

Cons:

Not having a real table to eat at.

Bad enough to leave a day early
Pros:

I was blindsided with a fee of $152.00 when I checked in. I had paid for my reservation when I booked it, and was not advised of this extra fee. The floors were dirty, the ceiling over the shower had a big hole in it where a tile sheet was missing. The bar in the shower fell off when touched. There were bugs in the kitchen. I had two different people walk in on me. The deadbolt on the door did not work, so I could not lock it. The beds were old and uncomfortable. I was booked for three nights, but only stayed two. The staff was great, but that’s the only good thing I can say.

There were roaches beyond an acceptable amount I had to spray for them and we wouldn't bring our stuff in room and the pictures online must've been from a brand new room bcuz the rooms I saw were ABSOLUTELY not like the pics
