Trivelig betjening. Bra frokost når du finner den
Pros:

Trivelige rom med mulighet til lufting.
Te/ kaffeposer tilgjengelig. Kopper, glass og vannkoker også.
God frokost

Cons:

Litt rart å måtte be om vasking av rom....samtidig kom de på døra for sjekke søppeldunk og evt nye håndduker..hvor går liksom grensen?

Vanskelig å finne frokostbuffén første dag, det var i et annet bygg. Mange gikk feil, men så så de hva andre gjester gjorde. Bedre orientering ved innsjekk om at en må krysse én gangbro til annet bygg?

Fint opphold. Trivelig å spise frokost på MEET med fotballbanen rett utenfor.
Pros:

Fint med kveldsunderholdning med bandybanen rett utenfor vinduet! (ikke ironi)

Terrible experience
Pros:

Extremely poor customer service. They did not make the room, and when I asked why, the lady tells me that because we did not ask. I told her, why didnt you tell us we had to ask, because this does not happen anywhere else in the world? Incredible! Furthermore, I asked for a change of room, because in the one they gave us it seems as if the train was running on top of it, and guess what the response was? In the same vein of extreme customer orientation, she said they could not give me a quieter room, that this is the quietest, which I know is BS!! Now I am also hearing the neighbour coughing, this is going to be a BLANK night in lovely Thon Ulleval - thank you for making it unforgettable

Overall great xp, amazing breakfast offer.

Cons:

Shower could be with closing which could limit water spillage. Shower battery needs replacement, low water pressure.
