A lovely two night stay in Brighton
Pros:

A perfectly positioned hotel right on the seafront. Our room was ready for us at 10:00!! Unbelievable really. The staff were all amazing. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The car parking under the hotel was excellent.

Cons:

The heating wasn’t working in the room although an oil filled heater had been placed in there which was fine. The double glazed windows had ‘blown’ meaning the view was compromised. The socket next to the bed didn’t work. Non of these small issues were a problem.

Reasonable stay
Pros:

Location was great, and on site parking. Room was clean, bed was good.

Cons:

Look on door broken, couldn’t get the shower to warm up, and kept being woken up by the lift noise and vibration

Pros:

Vicky was amazing, so warm and she accommodated to all our requests. The room was clean and larger than we expected. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others as well!

Good standard of accommodation
Pros:

We’ve stayed several times as the location is perfect for us

Cons:

You allow dogs which is fantastic but the dogs are not allowed in the dining areas meaning we had to find somewhere else to eat even though the dining room was empty (I suspect it was empty because almost everyone we saw staying had dogs with them)

I would not go back.
Pros:

The location being so close to the sea

Cons:

The duvet covers were dirty
There was no heating / cooling all the rooms were given portable radiators
The pillows and beds were uncomfortable
We were given an interconnecting room with someone else and could hear their conversations all night long.
We booked 2 rooms so would have at least made sense if we had been given interconnecting rooms instead,
