Pros:

it felt like a recent construction with good cleanliness and for a low price. shopping center and restaurants around

it's a bit far from downtown, not many historic/cultural highlights around

Pros:

The place is clean, excellent service, good food and personnel is nice and welcoming. It actually deserves 3 stars. Close to bus stop and metro station. A big shopping mall Starcity in the vicinity.

Cons:

The district here is close to highway and a lot of construction sites in the area. Not really the place for walking. Not all personnel can actually speak any level of English.

A decent stay for a good price
Pros:

Considering the reviews I read, I was a bit worried about this place but it turned out to be a decent stay. All I needed was a bed to sleep (at odd hours), and a shower, and it did the job. The staff also let me switch rooms after my complaint, no questions asked.

Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure!

Cons:

- Smell of smoke is a big issue. Even though it's technically non smoking, people smoke everywhere and the rooms smell of cigarettes. I bet you'd be hard pressed to find a genuinely smoke free room but some are better than others
- Breakfast a bit sad but good enough
- Only instant coffee :-(
- Weird elevator on a half floor, bit inconvenient with luggage or handicap
- Indeed you can hear through the doors/walls so I suppose it depends on your neighbors...

Hommikusöök oli üks halvimaid, mida olen hotellides kogenud. Isegi mahla ei olnud ja vett pidin küsima. Kohutav elamus. Tuba haises suitsu järgi. Ühistransport jäi kaugele. Jne
