Good value for money and a great location to visit Rotterdam
Pros:

Good value for money and a great location. Nice design, even though the rooms are small they are comfortable enough. Nice that there are Marie Stella Maris products in the bathroom, they give a certain sense of luxury.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was too soft for me, and there were 2 mattresses in a double bed, which meant that there was a hole in the middle.

für meine Zwecke ist die Lage des Hotels optimal, deshalb hatte ich es gewählt

Cons:

die Zimmereinrichtung soll schlicht und "sustainable" sein, ist aber de facto einfach nur billigstes Presspan - und die Regale sind buchstäblich an die Wand genagelt; das Personal ist z.T. unfreundlich und sehr schlecht informiert; es gibt keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer

perfect hotel for a city trip
Pros:

the sustainable aspect and how it was set in a very warm fancy and cool design.

Cons:

that’s there is no parking. we did park close by at apcoa westblaak, our car got broken in over night as apparently some homeless people camp there and break into older cars regularly. i would recommend to choose another parking situation, research beforehand to this topic.

Geweldig en gezellig hotel
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Kwam voor IFFR maar ook voor musea. Alles is aan te lopen in het centrum. Kamer is prima en leuk en slim ingericht. Embiance in hotel is top. De kleine koeler was erg welkom op de kamer. Stond niet aangegeven bij kameromschrijviing. Kamer is niet gehorig ook niet voor geluiden buitenaf maar zat aan de achterzijde.

Cons:

Ik verbleef er van maandag t/m zondag. Schoonmaak is maar 1 keer. Zelf vind ik dit niet echt een hotelbeleving geven. Een schoon toilet en af en toe lapje over wastafel en opgemaakt bed vind ik peraoonlijk wel een hotelbeleving. Je kon altijd om schone handdoeken en toiletpapier vragen maar voorraad was prima. Kamer is niet groot, voor mij alleen prima. Met zijn 2'en wel aan de kleine kant daar er ook weinig opbergruimte is als je wat langer verblijft.

Hotel ok aber mit Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Gut gelegenes Hotel und damit perfekter Ausgangspunkt.
Die Sauberkeit war auch sehr gut und die Zimmergröße gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Man konnte sowohl die Straße, als auch die anderen Zimmer sehr deutlich hören. Das Badezimmer war sehr kalt weil es keinen eigenen Heizkörper oder Fußbodenheizung hat. Außerdem konnte die Badezimmertür nicht komplett geschlossen werden. Dadurch sind Gerüche und Töne im ganzen Zimmer deutlich wahrnehmbar, was unangenehm ist.
