Everything was superb room was cleaned, situated in centre of the city and staff was so helpful.

Great value (enhanced by an upgrade) but lack of sleep due to thoughtless neighbours!
Pros:

The member of staff who checked me in did so warmly and was very pleased (as I was) to announce that my room had been upgraded! The room was a good size including a very modern shower.

Cons:

Later in the evening staff seemed very thin on the ground, e.g. when I wanted a glass of ice to take to my room. Although I can't (and don't) blame the hotel for this it took me around 2 hours to get so sleep (from 11 pm to 1 am) to get to sleep as 2 people in the room next door (34) didn't stop talking until around this point. As I had an early start (I needed to wake up at around 7 am) I was feeling tired the next morning when I woke up.

Fantastic
Pros:

We had an executive room. There were 3 of us and we spent 4 nights at the hotel. It was a quieter period of time as it was over Christmas time. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. One guy offered advice on what we can see in the area and we followed it. And did a great walk. The room lacked nothing and was clean. Not as clean as my house 😂ha ha. I liked the design of it as it was totally different to what I’ve seen so far. We had a half board option and the food was amazing. Both dinner and breakfast delicious. And good quality breakfast too. I think it’s perfect to stay a few nights. Our room was accessible from the outside so we had to get out and in to the hotel for food but that wasn’t a problem. Also very well heated room so I loved it. 😊
