Pros:

Location, facilities and staff, specially the manager and Mr. Roberto, the security person. Perfect for families and any one that goes to Mexico City for work. Best location possible.

Cleanness can improve a little bit and some maintenance of bathroom pipes.

Great location but get what you pay for.
Pros:

Staff we're very friendly. Location was pretty good. 10min walk to main streets.

Cons:

The walls are extremely thin. People partying until late at night. Sounds like they're in the room with you.
Definitely need to take ear plugs.
People in the above apartments walking around until 3 to 5am in the morning.
