Un bel posto per una vacanza meravigliosa
Pros:

Un hotel molto accogliente, abbiamo avuto fortuna ad avere una camera con vista sul porto... molto bello.La posizione ottima.

A szálloda teljesen rendben, az ellátás minősége nagyon jó, a recepció tájékoztatása nem vendégbarát
Pros:

A városközpontban volt, minden programot pár perces sétával el lehetett érni. A szoba kényelmes, a reggeli fantasztikus és a szauna is jó volt. Kedves figyelmesség a délutáni sütemény, tea, kávé. A vacsora is megfelelő volt, bár a reggeli szinvonalát azért nem érte el. A szállóhoz nagyon közel van a reptéri busz megállója. Ha az ember kevés csomaggal utazik - és nem csapatban, mint mi - akkor ez olcsóbb lehet, mint a taxi.

Cons:

Két szobát foglaltunk és kértem, hogy egymás közelében legyenek. Ehhez képest az egyik a 2. a másik a 3. meleten volt.
Át kellene gondolni a vacsora időpontját és időtartamát. (este 6 és 8 óra között elérhető) Az auróra boreális túrák este 6 órakor indulnak, tehát ezen a napon a vacsora elérhetetlen. Ha a nappal induló túra elhúzódik - és mi így jártunk a kutyaszános túrán - már nem érhető el a vacsora. Négy éjszakát töltöttünk a hotelben, ebből egy este tudtuk a vacsosrát igénybevenni. Korán indult a repülőnk ezért az utolsó nap reggelire hideg csomagot kértünk, mert a reggeli kezdő időpontjára - 7 óra - nekünk már a reptéren kellett lenni. Miközben vártunk a taxira már fél 6 órakor bekészítették a reggelit az érkezőbe. Jobban jártunk volna ha nem kérünk hideg csomagot hanem megreggelizünk, azonban a recepción erről a lehetőségről nem tájékoztattak. Azt ajánlom, hogy a legvadabb lehetőségeket is kérdezzétek meg, mert maguktól nem mondják, közben pedig talán lehetséges.

Wish they would not include Dinner.
Pros:

Amazing view of the Harbour. Down town. Old stylish building. Big room, but old.

Cons:

The Dinner that is part of the deal, was not good. No choices of main dish, 3 salads, and not tasty. Reminded me a Cantine in the Army.

Super Lage. Toller Blick auf Hafen inkl. Nordlichter.

Cons:

4 Nächte ohne jeglichen Zimmerservice wie. Betten machen, frische Handtücher und Reinigung geht für den Preis gar nicht! Wir mussten bei 4 Sternen an der Rezeption um Toilettenpapier bitten. Frühstück war gut, Abendessen i.O. nix besonderes, aber man ist satt geworden. Die Lage allerdings ist perfekt und der Blick in den Hafen sehr schön und lohnend um Nordlichter zu sehen. Wir hatten an 2 Nächten Nordluchterblick aus dem Hotelzimmer.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, centrale ben collegata con le principali attrazioni. Colazione varia ben assortita. Alla reception mi hanno dato una benda per proteggere e medicare un occhio infiammato e dolorante. Fika dalle 15.00 alle 17.00 molto apprezzata, peccato per la scarsa varietà del cibo di accompagnamento.
Sauna e palestra ad accesso libero all’ultimo piano con vista sulla cattedrale artica, per un momento di relax o di attività.

Cons:

Ambiente un po’ polveroso, abbiamo dovuto richiedere due volte il servizio di pulizia perché non abitualmente eseguito per ecosostenibilità.
Cena non molto varia, principalmente insalate e zuppe. Si potrebbe aggiungere una bevanda oltre all’acqua, o almeno dell’acqua frizzante.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Nice breakfast. Wonderful floor heating in the bathroom. Large and warm room.

Cons:

The dinner wasn’t quite to my liking, possibly because I’m not used to Norwegian cuisine.

Posizione eccellente. Comoda per le partenze delle escursioni.
Buffet colazione e cena soddisfacente.
Personale disponibile h24 e molto gentile.

Cons:

Camera un pó "datata".
Mancanza di prese elettriche vicino ai comodini.
Purtroppo la nostra camera non aveva la vista sul fiordo.

Hôtel très bien situés mais à l’hygiène décevante
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour les activités proposant un petit déjeuner varié ainsi qu’un goûter et un repas du soir avec un plat chaud très appréciable

Cons:

Ayant passée 6 nuits dans cet hôtel, la chambre et les sanitaires n’ont jamais été nettoyés malgré ma demande à la réception. Les poubelles ont juste étaient vidées une seule fois. Ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles et des prix appliqués.
