We loved our stay at the Bianco Ricchio Suite hotel and highly recommend this outstanding hotel!
Pros:

When we arrived, we were greeted by Alessandro(the manager) and reception staff with a glass of Prosecco (nice touch).
We had booked a deluxe suite, and Alessandro upgraded us to a deluxe ocean view suite which was lovely! The staff of the hotel: from manager, to reception, restaurant crew, and cleaning personnel were all exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great- ( on the top floor with an outstanding 360-degree view)! We got many great tips for local restaurants - they also made several reservations for us - first class service!

Cons:

nothing - It would be great though to have a restaurant with dinner options on site :) - no big deal since there are quite a few options in walking distance

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre! Alles ist sehr sauber, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hochwertige Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse – einfach himmlisch! Frische, leckere Früchte, guter Kaffee und alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Pool ist klein, aber fein, und die Betten sind äußerst bequem. Das Zimmer war groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – rundum zum Wohlfühlen!

A thoroughly enjoyable stay, enhanced by the suggestions & support of friendly, hard working staff.
Pros:

Friendly and very helpful reception staff. High standard of cleaning of the room.

Good selection of fruit and fruit juices for breakfast as well as other food linked to continental breakfast.

Tables were cleared quickly. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

As far as we are concerned the hotel was perfect. Difficult to find anything we didn't like, however, perhaps guests staying for a longer period of time, might appreciate a greater selection of cereals.

Sehr gut gelegen. Das Personal, aber vor allem der Manager waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Am letzten Tag hatten wir einen späten Abflug und konnten noch den ganzen Tag das Zimmer benutzen. top 👍

Pros:

Très jolie chambre avec vue sur la piscine. Le personnel est aux petits soins et parle français. Nous avons été accueilli par le manager très sympathique. Tout est très propre et parfait.

Cons:

Wonderful stay in Puglia
Pros:

Wow! We were seriously impressed by Bianco Riccio hotel. Possibly the happiest hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional, every single one. The manager was always around & attended breakfast every morning to chat to clients. Reception staff were so friendly & helpful. They booked us restaurants, they booked us trains, taxis & got us a hire car. Nothing was too much trouble.
A lovely breakfast was served in the top floor resteraunt. Again the serving staff got to know clients preferences & anticipated their needs. The domestic staff were equally friendly & professional & everywhere was very clean.
The hotel has a nice pool with a lunchtime cafe & bar. It is near to many beach clubs . The village itself is small & mainly characterized by a succession of very classy fish restaurants, all of which we found very good. People come from outside the area to dine at these resteraunts.
A short drive away we visited the large archeological site of ancient Egnazia which was very interesting. We also visited the beautiful hill town of Ostuni & the city of Lecce, known as the Florence of the South.
Altogether we had a great introduction to the Puglia area of Italy.
