Very good value and would recommend if visiting Kuta
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were amazing and very helpful. The pool was nice and the breakfast in the morning gave many options.

Cons:

I do feel that the cleanliness can be improved, especially around the pool area, needs a good jet wash and the tiles towards the back of the area needs replacing.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Pretty resort. Location was fair. Lovely pool area. Clean...3 single beds was available in one room. Spacious room. Big bathroom.

Cons:

1. Room facing the garage at the back. 2. Room cleaning was not well done...no refills, no wiping of counters etc 3. It was my birthday 🎂 and I was refused to cut a cake unless I paid corkage fees ...It was rather hurtful as all we asked for was 3 sideplates....being a RESIDENT I would have expected some love on someone's birthday....didn't ask for anything free.

A very convenient, lovely, clean place to stay with everything you needed to not have to leave the Resort if you didn’t
Pros:

Location to airport when the Airport Novotel was fully-booked. Ours was an unexpected, unplanned, brief stopover between Lombok & Australia.

離機場很近，房間夠大，床睡起來也蠻舒服的，但是避開市景房就可以了
Pros:

公共區域設施很好，房間也夠大，飯店員工親切！
附早餐，樣式不是很多，但是還不錯！
飯廳也有免費的課程可體驗，但是沒有足夠的時間所以沒有去。

Cons:

原本是訂陽台的泳池景房，訂房時標明可住三個成人，但check in的時候表示加價換成三人房，換房之後變成市景房，晚上外面很吵，外面敲鑼打鼓聲一直到半夜不停歇，隔音很差！
晚餐預定飯店的BBQ，體驗真是超差的，有可能是預定的客人很少，所以餐點樣式很少，烤雞很柴，烤串只有雞肉牛肉臘腸而且味道不太好吃！甜點只有兩種，水果跟早餐的水果是一樣的哈密瓜、西瓜、木瓜，我覺得不是晚餐準備，而是前餐剩留下來的水果，吃一口哈密瓜感覺不對，因為已經有點酸了，怕吃壞肚子就不吃了怕影響後面的旅程，當時有填寫問卷留不好的評價。

Pros:

Excellent location close to Waterbom. Pool was beautiful. Water dispenser was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of foods. They also offer dinner if you don't feel like traveling. The management was great and fixed a broken shower head immediately.

Cons:

Towels had a tint of black hue. The air conditioner made noises and it kept my child up at night. The rooms are not sound proof we were woken up by people talking in the corridors.

Great hotel!

I stayed here twice and everything was good! I loved the pool, it's very beautiful. The staff was really friendly! Wifi was also good. I order roomservice twice, no problems at all.
