Amazing staff, great place to stay but air con didn't work in our room!
Pros:

Lovely staff, super helpful and great aesthetic. Staff way above and beyond for us, offered to take us to the dock for our snorkeling trip.

Cons:

The air con didn't work well AT ALL, it was extremely hot in the room (we stayed on the bottom floor, closest to the entrance) and the TV did not work either; staff did manage to sort it once, but would not work again after this.

Black mold everywhere
Pros:

Helpful staff gave us full refund for the room.

Cons:

Visible black mold all over the bathroom and even on the pillows. Funky smell all over. Roof had a massive leak and water just kept pouring in through several places in the roof as it was raining outside. Seriously a health hazard living here. Pictures look great but is seriously misleading from the state this place is in.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Location was also nice.

Cons:

Outdated furniture, not really comfortable. Bathroom was falling apart. Balcony door was impossible to close.Towels were all dirty. Must looked nice when it was built,now it just decay.

De los peores hoteles

La amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Uno de los peores sitios donde me he quedado nunca. El hotel estaba estaba a medio terminar, la puerta de la terraza no cerraba y se quedaba medio abierta, en lugar de cama de matrimonio, pusieron camas individuales, los enchufes estaban fuera de la pared, el cuarto de baño parecía tener moho, todas las paredes y puertas muy manchadas y para colmo, el gel de ducha estaba diluido con agua. Ni de coña vale casi 80€ las dos noches.

Pros:

Los chicos que trabajan en el hotel muy simpáticos. Están en todo.

Cons:

La limpieza muy mal, las habitaciones en mal estado, humedades, sábanas sucias. Nada que ver con las fotos.

Pros:

Dusche hatte eine Trennwand vom restlichen Badezimmer. Betten waren bequem. Frühstück war gut.
Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt, sowie Zahnputzutensilien, Shampoo und Conditioner.
Es gibt einen Pool.

Cons:

Abgelegene Lage, Bettwäsche war schmutzig. Ich dachte, es gibt bis abends essen, aber der Koch ist nach Hause gegangen (ca. 20:00 Uhr).
Es gibt nur 2 kleine Karaffen gratis Trinkwasser.

The location is the biggest advantage

Cons:

Hotel needs full renovation, the smell of the fungus and moisture in the room is big. The towels given were dirty and the walls completely flooded lately. The bathroom equipment is used and stoned, could be cleaned correctly.
