Ideal for university visit
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and professional; bathroom very spacious and beautifully furnished with nice toiletries. My only negative comment would be our room was 102, downstairs and on a corner so very noisy at night with people walking down the corridors, otherwise couldn’t be faulted!

Comfortable and convenient for university visit.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Freshly prepared and served. Good menu.

Cons:

Some staff need to be encouraged to speak more clearly and speak up! But all staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The guys serving us at our evening meal were very good about ensuring I had the right food to accommodate my gluten free diet.
The hotel is in close proximity to the Hallamshire Hospital where my husband was having treatment so we could leave the car at the hotel and walk to the hospital.

Cons:

Radiators were not on much and when they were they weren't that hot. I was unwell during my stay and was absolutely freezing. We were on the 3rd floor and the ground floor was a lot warmer - at least the corridors were.

Mooi authentiek Engels hotel.
Pros:

De uitstraling van het hotel was mooi. Het personeel heel vriendelijk. De snacks op de gang waren lekker. De badkamer was super mooi. Het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:
