Lovely stay, but some things could be improved.
Pros:

Food is always great (dinners), services, amenities and cleanliness is spot on!

Cons:

Breakfast is usually nice, but not always consistent. One day you'll get perfect poached eggs on sourdough toast, and the next day overcooked, on regular brown bread with minimal beans. Pancakes were super thin and not as I remember them to be, handmade not packaged.

Bed wasn't that comfortable, but the suite was lovely and spacious.

Internet there is terrible, always kicking you out, poor signal and TV has no internet so not able to link up or stream/cast anything.

Staff are always amazing, kind and so helpful.

A little gem!
Pros:

Very comfortable. Located in pleasant gardens, and well positioned to access universities and hospital. Feels civilised - and I especially like their attention to little details, like providing fresh milk and Nespresso coffee.

Breakfast was excellent - cooked to order, with plenty of choice. I particularly liked the availability of soya milk and oat milk.

The staff are all brilliant, nothing is too much trouble!

I try to stay here every time I visit Sheffield.

Cons:

The only slight flaw is that there is no lift for accessing the upper floors - although with only 3 floors overall, it's hardly a major issue, and hasn't stopped me returning many times!

Comfortable and value for money stay just outside Sheffield city centr.
Pros:

Good room options at a reasonable cost including a very good breakfast. They also provide a station of snacks and tea, coffee and fresh milk to take to your room which is a nice touch. Out of the city so need a car or taxi to get to but was convenient for seeing relatives in the area.

Cons:

Some aspects a bit outdated.

A fleeting but comfortable visit.
Pros:

Breakfast setting, personable staff and really nice selection of food with both buffet choices and/or a cooked dish from the menu.

Cons:

With the increasing use of technology, charging of mobiles etc, it would be good to see USB ports incorporated into the plug sockets, as dound in many other hotels now. Especially in a University setting. This makes life much simpler in the event of forgetting to bring a USB plug. My suite was on the first floor. It would have been useful to know that when I booked.
