I want to thank Eren and Ugur for their care, smooth communication and support. Our stay was very good, we changed our room from rooftop to more cozy Aya Sofia suite. The location of the hotel was exceptional, breakfasts are good enough.

I like everything except the pool does not have heater. They they should tell in the description that at this month does not have Heater so that The customer is not surprise the only thing I reserve that hotel is that there is swimming pool which does not have Heater.
No Heater in the pool since it's March and should tell in the description that they have a that they have swimming pool without Heater so that the customer is aware and not to expect since it's a five star hotel.

The location is fantastic right next to all the main attractions. The Staff Aynura, Eren, Samet bellboy and Abdullah bell boy were absolutely brilliant. They were so friendly and I will definitely recommend to everyone

The breakfast only
I am not sure where to start. I booked the penthouse according to the pictures and to have more space. However the room didn’t look like the pictures adding to that everything in that room is very old. The floors and cracked the curtains are damaged and the bathroom has a bad smell. The reception people don’t speak English well (which is interesting for a hotel in one of the most visited countries). We had a problem with our safe they sent someone after waiting for over 30 mins that doesn’t speak English at all did something that took couple minutes. I asked him before he left if it got fixed he spoke in Turkish which I didn’t understand and left. When I checked the safe still wasn’t working. When I called back explaining what happened the person on the reception was so rude. One day I left the room to go down for breakfast the housekeeper was there she’s from Africa. She asked me to remove the privacy sign because she wants to clean the room. I explained to her that I’m having breakfast and will be back put my stuff away and leave then she can clean. She gave me a very bad attitude and said no I can clean it now I said well I am not ready. She started complaining that she had to clean my room the day before a little later due to when I left the room (keep in mind I ask to get the room cleaned every two days and not everyday). After having breakfast I was going up with my husband and she was cleaning a room before ours and when she saw us she smacked the door shot in our faces extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing I would give one star is the breakfast it was pretty good and the Moroccan lady at the entrance was very friendly. Other than that no one was friendly at all or even helpful. Don’t waste your money you can find actually cheaper place for better experience and hosting.
